TW "Backboard" IFAK

The Tacticool Weeaboos "Backboard" is an originally-designed IFAK focused on the treatment of major bleeding and trauma.  The Backboard is designed to fulfill the major flaws of common nylon IFAK bags; organization.  The Backboard eliminates unnecessary frills while still keeping the essentials.  It is smaller than competitor's IFAK bags yet still provides enough space to organize your first aid supplies.  The contents are easily accessible and are attached to the outside by velcro straps.  The rearrangable elastic straps can be detached and used to secure bandages, while the Backboard can double as a short-bone splint.

Why The Backboard?
1. Organization: Most nylon bags have limited compartments or organizational features, making it difficult to keep the medical supplies neatly arranged and easily accessible. This can lead to confusion and delays when trying to locate specific items during high-stress situations.   The backboard solves this with its external design, making it easy for users to see all the contents.

2. Customization: Nylon bags often lack expandability, making it difficult to customize the IFAK with additional contents to suit individual preferences or mission requirements.  The Backboard is expandable with elastic straps and can be adapted to your needs.

3. Moisture and Water Damage: Nylon bags may not be fully waterproof, which can allow moisture to seep into the kit, potentially damaging the contents, especially items like bandages, medications, and sterile dressings.  The Backboard comes in a resealable vacuum bag to isolate moisture and keep contents dry.

4. Wear and Tear: Repeated use and rough handling can cause nylon bags to wear out over time, leading to tears or zipper malfunctions. This can compromise the protection of the contents and make it challenging to open and close the kit quickly during emergencies.  The Backboard uses simple elastic and velcro closures to secure contents without causing potential barriers to access.
